CSB Hosts First CSB Reunion at NATCON 2026
This September marked a special milestone for Canadian Solutions for Business as we hosted our first CSB Reunion at NATCON 2026, held in Toronto from September 15–17. Bringing together our sales associates and home office team members, the reunion gave us the opportunity to connect, while also attending one of the largest events in the Canadian promotional products industry.
The week started with a welcome dinner, giving everyone a chance to catch up before heading to the NATCON Opening Night Reception, where CSB was proud to be a sponsor.
Wednesday began with an exciting milestone as PPPC officially unveiled its new brand, Merch Canada | Promo Canada. As a member of the association, CSB was proud to be there for the reveal and celebrate this next chapter alongside industry peers. From there, the NATCON trade show was underway, giving our associates the opportunity to engage with supplier partners, discover the latest products and services, and reconnect with industry colleagues. The day wrapped up with the award ceremony, celebrating accomplishments and contributions of members from across the industry.
Thursday marked the official kickoff of our first CSB Reunion, beginning over breakfast in the CSB hospitality suite with a leadership update. It was an opportunity to reflect on how far CSB has come, share important company updates and give everyone a closer look at where we’re headed next.
Our founder and CEO, Larry Zavadil, then took a moment to recognize our team. Each sales associate and home office team member received a personalized recognition award in appreciation of their commitment, contributions, and the role they continue to play in CSB’s growth.
Throughout the day, the hospitality suite brought together team members, supplier partners, and clients, with a collection of CSB-branded products adding a creative touch to the space. The day also featured our first Lunch & Learn with patriot partners CSI, Cutter & Buck, and G&L, leaning into further education, ideation, and the opportunity to have focused conversations around supporting our associates business.
A special thank you to CSI, SRG, G&L, HPG, PRG, 3M, Peerless, Faro, Compass, Goldstar and Keystone for their contributions and for helping bring the reunion experience together.
Prize drawings brought a little extra fun to the day, featuring custom luggage from CSI and two branded blankets from Kanata Blanket Company.
From sharing what’s ahead for CSB to spending time together at NATCON and creating new opportunities to learn from our partners, our first reunion was about bringing the people behind CSB together and celebrating what we’re building as a team.
