Get to Know Wanda Weishar
We’re excited to spotlight Wanda Weishar, Coordinator, Expanded Services at Canadian Solutions for Business.
With nearly two decades in the promotional products industry, Weishar brings extensive hands-on experience and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. Her journey began in 2007 on the distributor side of the business, where she built her foundation from the ground up, working across shipping, receiving, pick and pack, inventory control, and warehouse administration. That experience gave her a deep, well-rounded understanding of how the industry operates at every level.
Over the years, Weishar transitioned into client-facing work, where her industry knowledge became a true asset. Working closely with both clients and vendor partners, she developed a reputation for being dependable, solutions-oriented, and genuinely invested in the outcomes of the people she supports. At CSB, she plays a key role within the Expanded Services and Onboarding team, welcoming new members and equipping them with the right tools, while also managing client orders from start to finish and supporting vendor relations to ensure sales reps, clients, and partners always have what they need to move forward with confidence.

How do you define the purpose of your role at CSB?
As part of the onboarding team, I strive to provide the necessary tools to each new member to help them succeed, as well as working with the vendor relations team to ensure vendors are available to them. Working within Expanded Services, I'm here to support sales reps and clients in any way they need to succeed. My goal is to ensure everything comes together so the end result for everyone involved is successful.
What do you enjoy most about working in this industry?
Connecting with clients and being able to provide the support they need in order for them to succeed. During my time in the industry, working with clients helped me understand the importance of promoting one’s business and what it means for their success.
What keeps you motivated outside of work?
I enjoy reading, getting outside with my Springer Spaniel Elliot, watching baseball and hockey, and recently took up curling, which has been a wonderful new adventure. Most importantly, I love spending time with my family whenever I can. This year was especially exciting as I welcomed my first granddaughter in March, and spending time with her has quickly become one of my greatest joys.
