We’re excited to spotlight Hailey Antflick, Account Manager, Expanded Services at Canadian Solutions for Business.
Hailey brings a decade of experience in the promotional products industry, with a deep specialization in the sports space. Her journey began in e-commerce and online sports sales before evolving into a customer-facing role in team sales, where she worked alongside teams and organizations of all kinds, from youth programs to competitive leagues, across a wide range of sports and skill levels.
Having worked directly with clients and later shifting into a role that supported sales reps, Hailey brings a rare understanding of how this business works at every level. At CSB, that insight translates into thoughtful, behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps orders on track, expectations aligned, and clients confident from start to finish.

How do you define the purpose of your role at CSB?
The purpose of my role is to maintain best practices, continue to guide others to ensure we stick to the values of CSB, and ensure customer satisfaction. I take care of everything behind the scenes to ensure a seamless transition from when an order is placed to when it is received. My job is to create solutions that remove any pain points customers are experiencing.
What do you enjoy most about working in this industry?
I enjoy the whirlwind that is this industry. No day is ever the same. As a result, we get to be creative in all areas of the job. There is never a dull moment. However, my favourite part is when customers receive their items and the joy it brings them to have something that is specially made just for them.
What keeps you motivated outside of work?
My biggest source of motivation outside of work is my family. I’m a big foodie so I enjoy trying new dishes and recreating them for my family to try. I have a little garden that I enjoy tending to, and then using what I grow in what I cook. Sports are also a big part of my life. When I’m not in an arena on the ice, I can be found in the boxing gym. I also enjoy travelling and eating food from around the world.
