New Sales Associate Spotlight | Mike Weir

Canadian Solutions for Business (CSB) announces that Mike Weir has joined the organization as Senior Account Executive / Solutions Specialist, based in Moncton, New Brunswick, as of February 2026.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the print and promotional products industry, Weir has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with organizations to help guide their brand strategies. He has served as a primary consultant for regional stakeholders across Atlantic Canada and led end-to-end product development for milestone campaigns.

 Known for his communicative and thoughtful approach, Weir is widely recognized for delivering clear, practical guidance while maintaining strong client relationships. His experience and industry insight help organizations identify the right promotional and print solutions to support their marketing and branding objectives.

In his role at CSB, Weir will work with clients across Canada, providing strategic opportunities and helping organizations develop effective programs that support long-term growth.

How would you describe your role at CSB in your own words?
“I see myself as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. I’ve spent my career absorbing information from industry leaders to better serve the market. My role is to use that invaluable experience to provide sound advice, ensuring my clients get the specific tools they need to succeed.”

What’s your personal approach to working with customers and partners?
“My approach to customer relationships is balancing a kind yet assertive demeanor. I’m known to speak what I believe without restraint because I want my clients to have the best results, but I always do so with a friendly demeanor and deep respect for their intentions. I want my customers to trust that I am being 100% communicative and thorough from start to finish.”

What do you enjoy most about working in the print and promotional products industry?
“There is something exciting, fun, and positive about all the options available through branded products -honestly, it’s my daily dopamine! I love the challenge of finding that perfect 'fit' that makes a client's eyes light up. Making that process seamless is what has kept my clients coming back for years.”

What hobbies or interests do you enjoy outside of work?
“I love the outdoors, especially when the sun is shining for that extra dose of Vitamin D! My spouse Lorrie and I spend a lot of time walking and hiking the local trails. I’m also a big fan of hockey, football, and golf - though I must clarify I’m not that Mike Weir. I’ve never been on the pro circuit! Coming from a musical home, I also enjoy a wide variety of genres, from 70s and 80s pop/rock to today’s contemporary smooth jazz.”
