CSB Team Attends ASB National Conference in Louisville, Kentucky
The 2026 ASB National Conference took place March 16th-19th in Louisville, bringing together sales associates, vendor partners, and home office teams for several days of networking, professional development, and shared growth.
A key highlight for the CSB team was the Professional Development session, which introduced attendees to new opportunities within the Canadian market. The discussion quickly evolved into productive exchanges around growth and partnership, reflecting strong interest across the room. This momentum carried into the CSB Meet and Greet, where attendees engaged directly with the team, continuing discussions through thoughtful questions and valuable insights.
Extending beyond the sessions, the conference featured standout social events, including a Kentucky Derby-themed evening at Churchill Downs and a visit to the Louisville Slugger Museum. These moments brought people together in a more informal way, deepening the conversations and reinforcing the strong sense of community that defines the CSB culture.
A defining moment of the week was the opportunity to give back, with $10,000 raised in support of a local charity. This initiative reflects a shared commitment to make meaningful impact in the communities we visit.
For members of the CSB team, the conference stood out not only for its organization, but for its overall impact.
“I’ve attended many conferences throughout my career, but the ASB Conference stood out in several ways,” shared Sarkis Barkanian, Director of Vendor Relations. “The attention to detail, the ASB and CSB culture, and the unified purpose created a true First in Class experience.”
That sentiment was also shared by Josh Shaw, Director of Sales Recruiting:
“Very well planned and organized from top to bottom with a beautiful and cohesive aesthetic that brought everyone in attendance together. With a mix of social events, trade show and development sessions there were many opportunities for professional development and team building. A true testament to the ASB team and the network of associates in attendance.”
The conference generated strong momentum that will carry forward well beyond the event. The CSB team was proud to be part of this First in Class experience and eager for continued collaboration and partnership.
