Sarah Elinesky has spent more than two decades building her career in the promotional products industry, developing a deep understanding of the distributor side of the business since 1998. Her work has consistently focused on helping businesses navigate branded solutions with intention, aligning promotional strategies with real business goals.

Throughout her career, Sarah has worked closely with both clients and vendors, earning trust through collaboration, consistency, and attention to detail. Joining Canadian Solutions for Business marks a meaningful next step in her professional journey, where she brings experience, perspective, and a steady approach to supporting the team’s continued growth.

In her role within Expanded Services, Elinesky supports the work that happens beyond the initial conversation, helping ensure projects are coordinated, expectations are aligned, and details are managed with care. Her experience allows her to step in where support is needed most, strengthening the foundation that enables sales partners, vendors, and clients to move forward with confidence.

How do you define the purpose of your role at CSB?

I am here to help sales reps and distributors in any aspect needed. My role and the team I work with have your back every step of the way to ensure the end goal for your client is met always!

What do you enjoy most about working in this industry?

The promotional industry is not just about selling pens and hats, it is about getting to be able to be creative to help clients develop exciting brand strategies and ensure their events are a success.

What keeps you motivated outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy time at home with family and friends and our dog Molly! We recently moved close to the beach and the outskirts of town, so are surrounded by farmland, and views I can’t get enough of!

I love fitness, working out daily, gardening, beach days, kayaking and skating. My family also say I have a plant problem…. I say there is always room for 1 more!
