“I’m excited to connect with our incredible vendor community and partnerships to help us all grow and be the best we can be. We are CSB — supported by ASB’s long-standing history of building a solution-driven, people-first business. I’m truly energized to be part of CSB/ASB and to contribute to this next chapter of growth in Canada,” shared Bogias.
How do you define the purpose of your role at CSB?
Transformative is the best word, as we help Canadians discover a new model and approach to realizing a better Canadian Dream by helping them build a new business foundation. Bold Sustainable Growth is the definition for me. I use the tagline I’ve used for years: people helping people — which is what I do.
I leverage the amazing support team at ASB to help CSB support our Canadian sales reps, distributors, and partners as they grow their business and find solutions for their pain points and dreams. Leveraging my past experience running a distributorship (and tier-one company experience on a national level), and understanding the pain points and steps needed to help build a viable business, I am able to bring that to our base.
What do you enjoy most about working in this industry?
It’s the comradery and the people in this business. They have similar desires to help solve problems and support companies or brands in finding solutions to help them help other people. It’s a fun industry with so much growth and potential for people.
What keeps you motivated outside of work?
Family. My wife is my rock and my compass, who I appreciate so much — yes, sometimes not enough — and my kids fuel me as I see them grow into adults and begin their own life. Watching sports is a passion; I still think I can compete in any sport. Movie nights with my wife and dog-sitting our kids’ dogs is a pastime we enjoy. We also love travelling and having family time whenever we travel.
I used to be a soccer coach for 18 years for my daughters’ and sons’ rep teams — such a busy time but so enjoyable. I enjoy being a coach, mentor, and training guy. I follow and study so many great business leaders and programs including Franklin Covey, Ryan Estis, Simon Sinek, and more. Continuous learning, I feel, is important.
