Canadian Solutions for Business Welcomes New Leaders in Canada

Canadian Solutions for Business (CSB) is pleased to welcome six new leaders: Joshua Shaw, Director of Sales Recruiting; Nick Bogias, Director of Onboarding; Sarkis Barkanian, Director of Vendor Relations; Yana Lopes, Marketing and Social Media Coordinator; Sarah Elinesky, Account Manager, Expanded Services; and Wanda Weishar, Coordinator, Expanded Services. Together, they will strengthen CSB’s sales network, vendor partnerships and communications across the Canadian market.

Joshua Shaw brings more than a decade of national experience in the promotional products industry, supporting distributors across Canada in navigating trends and aligning with the right products for their clients. With leadership roles at Debco HPG and Cutter & Buck, he is recognized for responsiveness and building strong distributor relationships.

“I am excited to work alongside distributors in Canada to grow their business by utilizing the wide array of technology and financial services that CSB provides, allowing them to focus on what they do best, selling and providing frictionless service to their clients,” said Shaw.

Nick Bogias is a seasoned business leader with executive roles at Pepsico, Bell Canada, Virgin Mobile and Good Things Promotional Products and Apparel, known for driving growth, leading transformations and building strong customer-focused teams.

“I can’t wait to engage and work with the amazing vendor community and partnerships to help us all grow and be the best we can be,” noted Bogias. “CSB is powered by ASB’s history of building a solution-based and people-focused business, and I am proud to be part of this growth in Canada.”

Sarkis Barkanian is a natural connector with experience managing enterprise accounts at Staples Promotional Products Canada and collaborating with vendors in the automotive sector to develop custom merchandise programs, including for EV brands.

“When I first met Larry and the CSB team, I felt as if I had known them forever,” added Barkanian. “The professionalism, teamwork, and family-oriented culture made me excited to join CSB, and in my role I plan to foster clear communication, prioritize responsiveness, and build trust-based partnerships that drive long-term growth.”

Yana Lopes, Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, earned her diploma in Advertising and Marketing Communications from Sheridan College and now leads CSB’s digital communications.

Sarah Elinesky brings over 25 years of experience in the promotional products industry, having built her career on the distributor side since 1998. With a genuine passion for helping businesses succeed, she has dedicated her career to connecting clients with the right promotional solutions to strengthen their brands.

Over the years, Elinesky has cultivated strong relationships with both clients and vendors, fostering a collaborative environment that ensures success for everyone involved. She is excited to join the passionate team at CSB and looks forward to contributing to its continued growth.

Wanda Weishar discovered her passion for the promotional products industry in 2007 and has since built a well-rounded career on the distributor side, gaining extensive hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business including shipping, receiving, distribution, inventory control, and warehouse administration. With a deep understanding of the industry and a genuine commitment to helping clients promote their businesses effectively, she takes pride in delivering thoughtful solutions that make a lasting impact.

Throughout her career, Weishar has developed strong relationships with both clients and colleagues, fostering collaboration and trust that lead to shared success. Joining CSB represents an exciting new chapter in her journey, one where she looks forward to continuing to learn, grow, and contribute to the team’s ongoing success.
